Joe Waleck has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Joe started their career at AT&T in 2000 as a Client Business Manager, where they worked until 2005. After that, they joined Cisco Systems as a Key Account Manager from 2005 to 2007. Following their tenure at Cisco, Joe worked at Presidio (formerly BlueWater Communications Group) as Vice President of Sales from 2007 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Thrive, a global provider of NextGen managed services, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Joe Waleck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Additionally, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2020.
