Maynard Lombard is an experienced Metallurgical Manager with over two decades of expertise in plant management and metallurgical operations. Previously, Maynard held a similar role at Anglo American from January 2002 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing various processing plants, ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance, and overseeing production efficiency and cost control. Maynard's career began with a Graduate Metallurgist position after earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town in 2002, complemented by extensive internship experiences in the metallurgical field.
