Jess Tomlinson

Jess is Tia’s General Counsel and helps Tia navigate a high-regulated environment where speed and compliance are essential. As a seasoned in-house legal leader, Jess understands and helps navigate the issues that health tech companies face when scaling a business. At Tia, Jess is responsible for issues across the legal spectrum including health regulatory, data privacy, employment, corporate transactions, and building legal and compliance infrastructure. Previously, Jess served as Associate General Counsel at women’s health company Nurx, where she built the in-house legal function from the ground up and completed Series C fundraising as well as a merger with Thirty Madison. She has two decades of experience in public health, labor, and employment law.
