Busy Kimball has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked at Tidelands Health, starting in 2017. They held various roles within the company, including Manager Talent Acquisition, Director Talent Acquisition, and AVP, Human Resource Operations. They are currently serving as the VP of Human Resources Operations. Prior to their time at Tidelands Health, they worked at DOCS as a Recruitment Manager from 2007 to 2017. They also have experience as a Research Associate/Lab Manager at Princeton University from 2004 to 2007 and at the University of North Carolina from 2000 to 2004, where they were involved in various research projects and lab management.
Busy Kimball received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from The University of the South in 2000. Prior to that, Busy Kimball attended Lovett High School.
