Daniel Froehlich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and services management. Since retiring in June 2016, Daniel has held roles at Tidewater Community College, serving as both Assistant Director of Services Procurement and Associate Director of Procurement since August 2010. Prior to this, Daniel was employed by Norfolk Public Schools from August 1976 to August 2010 as Buyer Manager, where procurement responsibilities were paramount. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Old Dominion University and graduated from Granby High School.

Founded in 1968 as a part of the Virginia Community College System, Tidewater Community College (TCC) serves South Hampton Roads with campuses in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach.
