TiER1 Performance
Tony is passionate about leveraging technology to successfully help organizations more effectively and efficiently create, deploy, and manage learning for their audience. He has over 25 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying learning technology solutions to large client organizations and 27 years of experience in Information Technology professional services, project management, and business operations. He also has extensive experience in the implementation and deployment of software solutions including requirements identification and analysis, business process development and consulting, technical and data consulting, software application consulting, quality assurance, change management, marketing, training, and help desk operations.
When he was 19 years old, he joined the Marine Corps with the promise of working with computers and programming. Needless to say, he didn't work with either but did get to do some really cool stuff, have some great experiences and memories, and learned what it is like to go on "forced marches", A LOT!
Tony enjoys volunteering with Seven Bridges to Recovery, where he goes under the bridges of Atlanta and into an area called the Bluff (Atlanta’s largest crack cocaine and prostitution district) to feed and meet the physical needs of the homeless with the goal of sharing Christ and helping them get off the streets.

TiER1’s mission is to improve organizations through the performance of people to build a better world. We wake up every morning ready to tackle big challenges, so that more people can do the amazing work they are meant to do. When they contribute more, stretch their talents, and free themselves of workplace limits, a remarkable thing happens—they become happier and more fulfilled. And that means they reduce stress, create healthier relationships, and simply find more joy. Every day we’re in business, we really are building a better world.
