Alan Cooke

Alan is the Chief Financial Officer at Tier1 where he is responsible for financial planning, accounting, and legal. He has more than a decade of experience leading finance teams, most notably with Attivio, an Artificial Intelligence software company that was sold to ServiceNow. Alan also has a range of prior financial and operational experience including as a sell-side equity analyst covering the software industry at Merrill Lynch, as a business development and sales strategy director at Oracle, as a management consultant with McKinsey, and as an attorney with Macdonald Affleck.

Alan holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and an attorney licensed in the state of New York.
