Joe Nogal

Joe Nogal is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Tiesta Tea Company since April 2020, Joe has previously held significant positions, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eli's Cheesecake Company from February 2012 to October 2021, where expertise in financial strategy was pivotal for the iconic Chicago dessert manufacturer. Prior to that, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer at HELIO/GAI, managing financial operations for a $50 million manufacturer, and held leadership positions at Woodhead Industries, Inc. and Woodhead Canada, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, treasury management, and accounting department oversight. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from DePaul University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
