Matthew McShea currently serves as an Associate at Tiger Infrastructure Partners since July 2023, following a role as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank from July 2021 to June 2023, specializing in Global Power and Utilities. Prior to this, Matthew gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays in 2020 and as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Oak Hill Capital in 2019. Matthew also contributed to the community as a Brown University Global Sport Fellow in 2018 by founding a lacrosse chapter aimed at introducing the sport to at-risk youth in Providence. Additional early experience includes serving as a Special Education Counselor at Maine Teen Camp in 2017. Matthew McShea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University between 2017 and 2021 and is an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy from 2015 to 2017.
