Kim Farrell is an accomplished marketing and operations leader with extensive experience in digital media and technology. Currently serving as the Global Head of Creators at TikTok since June 2020, and previously as General Manager for Operations & Marketing in Latin America, Kim has been pivotal in leading content strategy and consumer marketing efforts across the region. With a significant tenure at Google, spanning from 2011 to 2019, Kim played various critical roles, including Senior Marketing Manager and brand reputation specialist. Kim's earlier work includes a position at Booking.com and a research internship at Fundação BRAVA. Academically, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Government from Harvard University, along with a certification from The Wharton School's Google Marketing Academy.
