Christian Schindler has extensive work experience in various roles within the aviation industry. Christian began their career in 2001 as a Global Key Account Manager at Lufthansa. In 2004, they became the General Manager for Lufthansa in Morocco, and then went on to serve as the General Manager for Lufthansa in Korea from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they also served as a Director and Board Member for AHK Korea.

In 2012, Schindler joined Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines as the Regional Director for the UK and Ireland. Christian also served as a Board Member for the Board of Airline Representatives in the UK during this time. From 2012 to 2016, they held the position of Regional Director for UK, Ireland, and Iceland at Lufthansa.

Schindler then moved on to the LSG Group and served as the Vice President of Sales & Service for Europe from 2016 to 2018. Christian also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Schindler is working as the Head of Marketing and Sales at time:matters since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Commercial for Lufthansa Aviation Training Group from 2018 to 2021.

Throughout their career, Schindler has demonstrated strong expertise in sales, marketing, strategic positioning, and product development within the aviation industry.

Christian Schindler attended Carl von Linde Gymnasium from 1980 to 1989, where they obtained their A level. Christian then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at FernUniversität in Hagen from 1991 to 1996. In 2023, they briefly studied Strategy at ESMT Berlin.
