Guilherme Ayres

Guilherme Ayres is an experienced leader in people analytics and HR systems, currently serving as Partner & Head of People Analytics & Systems at Neon since May 2022. Ayres has a strong background in establishing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and organizational design, along with extensive experience in payroll management and strategic people planning. Before joining Neon, Ayres co-founded Seeds Apparel Company and held various HR roles at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and business partnering, as well as marketing management for multiple product categories. Ayres holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Advertising and is currently enhancing skills through further education at PM3.
