Wilton Pinheiro Lima Neto

Wilton Pinheiro Lima Neto currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Neon, where responsibilities include leading Engineering, Product, Design, and Security, as well as managing the Banking Business Unit and Marketing & Acquisition team. Previously, Wilton was Chief Product Officer at Amazon, co-founding the Physical Store Advertising team and overseeing a suite of ad products generating billions in revenue. Other notable roles include founder of TonetoLabs, where innovations in shopper marketing and machine learning were developed, and co-founder of Winnin, which grew significantly within its first year. Wilton also co-founded and led ViajeMe and B2Learn, and began a career in business analysis at ABN AMRO Bank. Wilton holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
