Matt Neely

Matt Neely has extensive experience in the environmental sector, currently serving as the Environmental Group Leader and Senior Environmental Project Manager at Timmons Group since May 2019. Prior to this role, Matt Neely was the President and Senior Environmental Scientist at Mill Creek Environmental Consultants, Ltd. from November 2007 to May 2019. Matt Neely also held a position as a Negotiator at G2, Inc. for nearly a year in 2007 and served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 2000 to January 2007. Matt Neely earned a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University in 2009 and a degree from the United States Naval Academy in 2000.
