John Ephraim

John Ephraim is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Supply Chain Director at TiNDLE Foods since 2021. In this role, John has optimized cold chain logistics, led the commercialization of manufacturing sites, and improved demand planning and sales forecasting. Prior to TiNDLE Foods, John was a Supply Chain and Production Manager at Holcim, where achievements included significant cost reductions and the successful commercialization of new manufacturing plants. Earlier positions as Supply Chain Manager at MPC and Modern Process Equipment Corporation further diversified John's expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and lean manufacturing. John holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
