Nic Lovett is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and business partnership. Currently serving as the Head of People at Tip Top Ice Cream since June 2019, Nic previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Fonterra from January 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, Nic worked at the Bank of New Zealand in various capacities, including Product Manager and HR Business Partner, from June 2011 to October 2017. Nic's career also includes a position as Senior HR Generalist at Citibank from October 2007 to March 2011. Educational qualifications have been obtained from The University of Waikato and Victoria University of Wellington.
