Jody Horner

Jody Horner serves as the President of Midland University since February 2015, overseeing nearly 1,600 students at the private liberal arts college in Fremont, Nebraska. Concurrently, Jody holds board memberships at Titan Machinery and H.J. Baker & Bro., Inc., contributing to the governance of companies in the agriculture and construction equipment sectors. Prior to these roles, Jody spent nearly three decades at Cargill, holding various senior leadership positions including President of Cargill Meat Solutions, Cargill Salt, and Cargill Case Ready, along with Vice President roles in Global Diversity and North America Human Resources. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Olaf College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
