Archie Reynolds

Archie Reynolds is an experienced talent acquisition and people operations leader. Currently serving as Head of Talent & People Ops at Titan since 2021, Archie has successfully overseen a rapid increase in headcount from 32 to 110 employees, managing a team of seven and achieving 50 hires within the first six months. Previously, as Head of Talent at Click Therapeutics, Archie was the first hire in talent acquisition, growing the workforce by 40% in four months. Archie's earlier roles include growing InterQuest Group's New York office focused on tech recruitment and serving as Senior Director of Tech Recruitment at Twenty Recruitment Group. Archie began the career at TEKsystems, placing engineers and launching the Northern permanent recruitment offering. Archie holds a degree from the University of Leeds.
