Jacosta Music is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. Currently serving as General Manager at TitleMax since October 2022, Jacosta has also been the Founder of HeartMatters, LLC since January 2011, specializing in one-on-one coaching and large group presentations focused on self-improvement and relationships. Previously, Jacosta held the position of Store Manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers from March 2013 to June 2022. Educationally, Jacosta pursued studies at the American Institute of Banking from 1994 to 1995 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from St. Louis Community College, with coursework spanning from September 1988 to June 1995.
