Andreja Bauman

Andreja Bauman serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for Titus Europe since November 2019, bringing extensive experience across various HR leadership roles in prominent companies. Prior to joining Titus Group, Andreja worked at Toyota Adria as HR & Administration Manager, where the focus was on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting management in organizational development. Previous positions include HR MFG & Internal Communication Manager at Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and internal communications, and Director HR Adriatic at Renault Nissan Slovenia, directing HR strategy across multiple countries. Early career experience includes HR Manager at Elan d.o.o. and HR Specialist at Živila Kranj. Andreja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organization and Management of Human Resource Systems and a College Degree in HR Management from the Faculty of Organizational Science Kranj.
