Wolf Ruzicka

Wolf Ruzicka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory and leadership roles across various technology and robotics sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Strategic Advisory at Solvd, Inc., Ruzicka also holds positions as Chairman of the Board at Transcend Robotics and as a member of the Board of Directors at Tivian. Ruzicka contributes to the Investment Advisory Board for the CIT GAP Funds and has previously served as Chairman and CEO of EastBanc Technologies, focusing on innovative software development projects. Earlier experience includes Executive VP at MicroStrategy and roles in sales advisory and co-founding AIESEC's local committee. Ruzicka earned an MBA in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
