Aron Gillis

Aron Gillis serves as the Director of Incoming Tourism at Tlalim Educational Experiences Ltd., overseeing the Incoming Tourism Department since January 2013. In this role, Aron manages program logistics, budgets, and educational content for youth groups primarily from Europe and South Africa. Additionally, Aron is a Co-Founder and Director of Organizational Development at Lech Lecha El Ha’Aretz, which facilitates communal aliyah for Diaspora Jews. Previously, Aron held the position of Human Resources Intern at General Motors and served as the Director of Israel Programs at Bnei Akiva, managing substantial budgets and significantly increasing participation in programs. Aron holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Reichman University.
