Owen O'Brien

Owen O'Brien has over three decades of experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management. Currently serving as HSQE Director at TLI Group since May 2016, Owen previously held the position of EHS Manager at Dornan Engineering Ltd. from October 2012 to April 2016. Earlier roles include HSE at the Eli Lilly IE43 Project and EHS Manager at Bowen Group. Owen also founded Paramount Safety Services Ltd., serving as Owner from June 2000 to May 2006, and worked as a Civil Engineering Technician/EHS Advisor at PJ Hegarty & Sons from January 1987 to May 2000.
