Mike Hill

Mike Hill, VP of Engineering, is originally from Williams Lake, British Columbia. He graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Computer Science. With over two decades of enterprise software experience, Mike brings a strong technical background and extensive vision to the ever-changing CMMS/EAM industry. Prior to joining TMA, he was the Senior Director of Engineering at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company, which provides a learning platform to seamlessly connect learners to experts.

Mike is responsible for leading the TMA engineering team, modernizing processes to drive technology expansion, and managing the product roadmap with innovative scope.
