Donald Scott is a seasoned attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel at TMX Finance Family of Companies since March 2023. Previously, Donald held the position of Senior Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory at Discord, where responsibilities included managing outside counsel, defense strategies, and regulatory compliance. Throughout previous roles at Wilson Elser and Kubicki Draper, Donald provided primary legal counsel on complex litigation matters for corporate clients and insurance companies, respectively. At McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, Donald represented financial institutions in various legal challenges, while earlier experience at Baker Donelson included defending financial interests in litigation with significant implications. Donald began professional practice in 2006 with Donahue & Associates, defending corporate and governmental interests in diverse legal matters. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Samford University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Auburn University.
