Jean Tessier

Jean Tessier currently serves as the Head of DevOps at TMX Group, a position held since October 2018, overseeing 24/7 production operations for the Montreal Exchange and its regulatory body, as well as directing the DevOps transition for a team of 25 resources in the derivatives group. Prior experience includes roles at Montreal Exchange from January 2009 to October 2018, where responsibilities included team leadership, design and code review, and both functional and technical analysis in system development. Jean's career began with an internship at Savoir-faire Linux, contributing to the addition of video capabilities to SFLPhone. Jean holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained in January 2009.
