Mary Stanton Stern is an experienced HR executive currently serving as SVP, People at IXOPAY since March 2024, focusing on data protection and payment optimization. Previously, Mary held the position of VP, People at Simpplr from February 2021 to June 2023, where leadership was provided during substantial company growth. Mary also served as VP, People and Learning at Saba Software, managing HR support for over 1,200 employees globally, and played a key role in the integration of Halogen Software and Lumesse. Additional roles included Sr. HR Director and HR Director at EMC, where organizational design and talent management were primary responsibilities. Earlier career experiences were gained at Siebel Systems and PeopleSoft, managing HR support for various sales and service organizations. Mary began in HR with Ernst & Young as an Expatriate Tax Manager and at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Senior. Mary holds a BA in Economics from College of the Holy Cross and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
