Cita Indraswari is a seasoned professional in technical product management and DevOps, currently holding the position of Technical Product Manager Senior Lead at Tokopedia since January 2021, focusing on developing infrastructure solutions to enhance business growth. Prior to this role, Cita served as a Technical Product Manager Lead at Chevening Awards and earned the Chevening Scholarship, enabling postgraduate studies in the UK. Cita has extensive experience at Tokopedia in various capacities, including DevOps Engineer Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, and Quality Reliability Engineer, where key achievements included managing the software development life cycle and establishing observability platforms. Cita started a career in IT with roles at HSBC, University of Indonesia as a Teaching Assistant, and an internship at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
