As the Strategy Director at Tolleson since October 2012, Jesse has focused on helping companies position themselves in the market and articulate their narratives. Prior experience includes serving as the Business Operations Officer and Founding Director of BTS Ventures, where oversight of social enterprises and workforce development initiatives was key. Jesse's background also includes roles as an Innovator Fellow at the Deshpande Foundation, Grants Manager for Year Up, and Client Consultant for Sentient Jet. Education includes an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
