Guillaume Laganier

Guillaume Laganier is an experienced professional in customer experience operations and management, currently working at Swile since May 2022, focusing on post-merger integration and automation projects for customer service in France and Brazil. Prior to Swile, Guillaume served as Head of Operations at Okarito, where significant achievements included scaling operational activities from 70 to over 10,000 bookings per month and developing a 24/7 multi-product customer service. Previous roles include management and IT consulting at Wavestone, project management at Sky, and leadership as President of Sprint Junior-Entreprise. Guillaume holds a Master’s Degree in Management - Information Systems Engineering from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and completed a Full-Stack Web Developer Bootcamp at Le Wagon.
