Malte Zastera has a diverse professional background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Executive at ToolTime since June 2023, Zastera previously held the position of Junior Teamlead Inside Sales at McMakler from October 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a Sales Agent at the same company from November 2019 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Selbstständiger Systemunternehmer at AFA AG, where Zastera provided customer consulting and facilitated insurance contracts and financial products, as well as engaging in data entry and seminar management as a Kleingewerbetreibender. Zastera began in the automotive industry with a role as a Produktionsarbeiter at Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz branch in Berlin from March 2015 to June 2019, coordinating teams and specializing in V6 diesel engine assembly, following a training period as a Kfz-Mechatroniker at Mercedes-Benz GmbH from September 2011 to February 2015.

Headquartered in Berlin, ToolTime developed a modern and easy-to-use software for these businesses to free tradesmen and -women from tiring tasks and to save valuable time while catering to their particular needs and wants.
