Edward Wexler-Beron is the CEO and Founder of Wexler-Beron Coaching & Leadership Development, where expertise lies in empowering tech leaders and startup founders to achieve peak performance in dynamic environments. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant at Arc Integrated and an Executive Coach at Torch, Edward's previous roles include Senior Product Manager at BetterUp, Co-Founder of NextRead.io, and various leadership positions at Square, including Product Manager and National Restaurant Growth Lead for Caviar. Edward holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and has completed specialized training in Executive Leadership. Educational credentials also include an MSc from The London School of Economics and a BA from Pomona College.
