Pete Chromczak

Pete Chromczak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and customer service within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Field Operations Manager at The Toro Company since 2005, Pete focuses on enhancing service operations profits and customer satisfaction through Lean techniques. Prior to this role, Pete spent 14 years at Ford Motor Company in various managerial positions, including District Manager and Office Operations Manager, where initiatives to improve retail sales processes and customer service were implemented. Pete also served in the US Army for nearly two decades, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant and contributing to the active Army and Army Reserves. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
