Michelle Reesor

Michelle Reesor is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the energy sector and business management. Currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Toronto Hydro since July 2021, Michelle is involved in the 2025-2029 Rates Application and the development of a Regulatory and Compliance Framework for IT projects. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Regulatory Manager at Newmarket Tay Power Distribution Ltd., overseeing regulatory proceedings and implementation of policy requirements. Michelle's background includes teaching business management courses at Canadore College and leading various projects at Reliance Home Comfort, where expertise in process optimization and customer experience management was demonstrated. Michelle holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Commerce from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph and a BBA in Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Additional qualifications include Six Sigma training in Total Quality Applications from the University of Waterloo.
