Vardhan Koshal

Vardhan Koshal is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various sectors. Currently, as a Co-Founder at Tortoise since September 2020, Vardhan focuses on reimagining employee benefits with support from esteemed investors globally. Previously, Vardhan held significant roles at TripAdvisor from May 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included localizing products and leading partnerships for growth initiatives in India. As the Country Manager for Udacity from November 2015 to January 2017, Vardhan established operations and achieved remarkable growth in the market. Additionally, Vardhan co-founded Ridingo, an on-demand car-pooling startup, leading to a successful exit to Carzonrent. Vardhan holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
