Beverly Morgan

Beverly Morgan is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in global people strategy and human resources leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at TORY BURCH since June 2024, Beverly is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previously, Beverly held the position of Chief People Officer for Benefit Cosmetics at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, where responsibilities included enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and achieving Great Place to Work Certification across multiple countries from 2023 to 2025. Additional roles include Vice President of Human Resources for MAKE UP FOR EVER, Vice President of Global Human Resources at Alexander Wang Inc., and Human Resources Director for HUGO BOSS, demonstrating a consistent focus on talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development throughout a dynamic career. Beverly earned a degree in HR Management from the Yale School of Management and studied at New York University and Hunter College.
