Rajeev is currently working as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations & Projects at TotalEnergies since June 2022. Previously, they had a long tenure at Shell, where they held various roles such as Plant Manager at Lubricant Supply Chain, Head of Shore base in Upstream Supply Chain, Base Operations Manager, Drilling Supply Base Manager, Assistant Manager of Operations, QA and QC Manager, and Operations & Maintenance Engineer. Prior to joining Shell, they worked as a Maintenance & Project Engineer at Tata Steel and a Maintenance Supervisor at Mahindra Ugine Steel Co.Limited.(Musco).
Rajeev Kadam completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Venkateshwara Open University between 2014 and 2016. Previously, from 2008 to 2009, they earned an Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from the Board of Technical Education in Mumbai. Rajeev's earliest education was in the field of Mechanical Engineering at SBMP Mumbai, which they pursued from 1987 to 1991.
