Damon Talbott attended Amherst College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies. After a gap of a few years, they enrolled at The University of Kansas in 2006 and completed a Master of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization in 2008. Following their master's degree, Damon Talbott continued their education at The University of Kansas and earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization in 2013.
