Michael DellaRocca is an experienced Independent Director, currently serving at multiple organizations including Everus Construction Group, Tower Engineering Professionals, Gannett Fleming TranSystems, Trinity Consultants, RMA Group of Companies, and Transurban Chesapeake. Previously, DellaRocca held independent director roles with MDU Resources Group, Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, and Peltram Plumbing Holdings. DellaRocca has extensive expertise in the infrastructure and construction sectors, focusing on engineering, environmental consulting, and technology-enabled solutions. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an MBA in Executive Management from St. John's University.
