Bruce Stead

Bruce Stead is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit at WTW since September 2012, Bruce has held various leadership roles including Director of Internal Audit for Europe and International, focusing on UK regulated entities. Key responsibilities include developing annual audit plans and managing stakeholder relationships. Prior to WTW, Bruce held roles at AIG, where responsibilities spanned overseeing Group Risk Management projects and managing international audits. Bruce's earlier experience includes positions at Wolfson Microelectronics, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. Bruce is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds an MBA from the University of Warwick.
