Tom Darlow has extensive experience in facility management and project management across various sectors. Since 2012, Tom has served as the Facility Manager for the Town of Caledon, overseeing all civic properties, including town hall and fire halls, while managing building services, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and security services. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Project Manager at S. Burnett & Associates Limited, focusing on water and wastewater design, road design, and stormwater management. Additionally, Tom held a Project Manager position at McRae Integration Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing upgrades for major companies in the food and packaging industries. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Acting Plant Manager at Halton Recycling Ltd., managing an automated composting facility and supervising staff in waste processing to generate green energy and compost.
