Trevor Newcomb

Trevor Newcomb serves as the Director of Facilities and Buildings for the Town of Easton since July 2007, overseeing the maintenance of multiple municipal facilities, including office buildings, fire and public works stations, a police station, a courthouse, and various parks structures. In addition to this role, Trevor also holds positions as the Municipal Projects & Planning Manager and Deputy Code Official at Shore Living LLC, which Trevor has owned since February 2010. Previous experience includes serving as a Development Review Planner at the Talbot County Department of Planning and Zoning from July 2005 to July 2007 and as President of Newcomb's Services, Inc. from February 1997 to May 2006. Trevor's background in real estate is underscored by a Maryland Licensed Realtor designation held from March 2002 to January 2006. Trevor completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Frostburg State University between 1992 and 1996 and is currently pursuing a Maryland State Real Estate License at Chesapeake College.
