Town of Superior
Geoffrey Weathers is a Planner I at the Town of Superior since February 2022, with prior experience as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at OV Consulting from May 2021 to September 2021, where contributions included research and data analysis for urban development projects. Previously, Geoffrey served as the Safe Routes to School Bike Ed Coordinator for the Boulder Valley School District from August 2015 to September 2017, successfully providing cycling education and promotional efforts for over 3,000 students. Geoffrey holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Ithaca College, along with a certificate in Cross-Cultural Studies from the University of Havana.

Superior is a statutory town in Boulder County, Colorado and was founded in 1896 and incorporated in 1904. The Town reportedly was named after the "superior" quality of coal found in the area. The Town has a well-educated, family-centered population of 13,189 residents within 4 square miles along the productive US 36 corridor.
