Russ Dieterich is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing various residential properties. Currently serving as Building Manager at Towne Properties since August 2013, Dieterich manages the luxury high-rise Adams Place Condominiums in downtown Cincinnati, ensuring operations align with the board of managers' directives. Prior to this role, Dieterich held positions including Property Manager at Vinebrook Properties and District Property Manager at Gold Key Realty Co., where responsibilities included the overall direction and evaluation of housing portfolios and team performance. Dieterich's career at Towne Properties began in September 1985, where initial responsibilities included the management of multiple condominium sites. Dieterich holds a degree from The Ohio State University and graduated from Kirtland High.
