Surajit Chanda

Surajit Chanda is a seasoned professional in the real estate and blockchain sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of Toyow since August 2022, where the focus is on creating a marketplace for tokenized assets with real-world value. As the Founder of Verite Self Development since June 2019, Surajit leads an initiative providing integrated self-redevelopment solutions to housing societies in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, leveraging industry experience and innovative technology. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director at Sobha Ltd. from December 2012 to February 2016 and as Vice President & Head of Operations at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd from August 1999 to November 2012. Surajit Chanda holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, HP University.
