Chris Bennie

Chris was a partner for over three decades. During that time he worked extensively across both private and public sectors with projects ranging from commercial and mixed-use developments for major developers, institutions, government departmental headquarters, apartment buildings, and individual homes.

Chris advised Railtrack on the redevelopment of London Bridge Station, and was engaged by Network Rail to lead the review and reference design for the new station opened in 2018. He has advised widely on the integration of air-rights design and is often asked to assist in the earliest stage of major projects where his experience and overview can add real value.
