Marouane Bakhtar

Marouane Bakhtar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at tpay Mobile since May 2025 and as Founder of MB-X since June 2018, Marouane previously held key leadership roles at Synpulse, including Managing Director for the UK, where responsibilities encompassed full oversight of the UK office and its financial services business. Marouane directed programs in European Corporate Investment Banking and private equity, successfully managing client relationships with top-tier banks and delivering transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading the UK branch of a French consulting group, developing operational excellence practices at Capco, and building Lean practices for major banks. Marouane's education includes a degree in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from TBS Education.
