💙 Matt Hubbard 💛

Matt Hubbard has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. In 1996, they began their career as a Senior Staff Engineer at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. 💙 Matt then went on to become a Lean Leader at Navistar Inc in 2010. In 2015, they transitioned to BMO Harris Bank as a Process Delivery Specialist, Retail Lending. In 2019, they moved to a Process Consultant, Business Transformation role at BMO Harris Bank. In 2016, they became Co-Founder of Calabash. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Head of Operational Excellence at TrackVia, Inc.

Matt Hubbard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering between 1990 and 1995. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from the Project Management Institute: a PMI Citizen Developer Business Architect in November, and a PMI Citizen Developer Practitioner in June. In 2019, they also obtained a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
