AJ (Annabel) Waller serves as the Head of People & Culture at Tracsis Traffic Data and Tracsis Events, having held key roles in people and culture development since April 2021. With extensive experience at SEP Limited since 2011, AJ has progressed through various positions including People Experience & Communications Manager and People & Engagement Manager. Prior roles include administrative and governance positions at NHS North Yorkshire and York, North Yorkshire & York PCT, and Hambleton & Richmondshire PCT. AJ holds a Foundation Diploma in Internal Communication from Solent University and a Private Secretary's Certificate from Scarborough Technical College.
