Nate Varel

Nate Varel is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and risk management, currently serving as Head of GTM at Letter AI since April 2024, where the focus is on leveraging AI to enhance revenue team capabilities. Previously, Nate held the position of VP Revenue Operations & Analytics at Paro.ai from September 2021 to April 2024. At OCC, from April 2016 to September 2021, Nate developed the Model Risk Management Framework, obtaining regulatory approval and guiding its implementation across the organization. As COO and Head Trader at Enceladus Technologies, LLC, from 2014 to 2016, Nate managed trading operations and developed proprietary algorithms. Additional experience includes strategic consulting at PwC, internal auditing at Emerson Electric Co, and various roles in risk assurance and internal controls. Nate holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University.
